Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under EU rules, customers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. However, certain exceptions apply to the products I sell:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Mystery packs (value depends on chance and contents cannot be returned)

  • Collectible items whose value changes with the market

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned once opened

  • Digital items or services already delivered

Because GemSlabs focuses on collectibles, mystery packs, and sealed products, most orders are not eligible for the 14‑day withdrawal period.


2. Returns (Only Accepted in Specific Cases)

I accept returns only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong product was sent

To request a return, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, I’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued when:

  • The returned item is received and inspected

  • The claim is validated (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Mystery pack contents

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Opened or unsealed collectible items

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the carrier (CTT or others)


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the wrong item was shipped. Mystery packs and collectibles cannot be exchanged.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (CTT). I will assist with claims, but GemSlabs™ is not responsible for carrier loss or theft.
