Shipping Policy — GemSlabs™

1. Shipping Regions

GemSlabs™ currently ships to:

  • Portugal (Mainland & Islands)

  • All countries within the European Union also UK

At this time, I do not ship outside of Europe.


2. Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers:

  • CTT Correios de Portugal (Standard & Expresso)

  • InPost / Mondial Relay (Locker, Pickup Point, or Home Delivery depending on destination)

Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days for in‑stock items

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Every order is securely packaged to protect collectible items.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Portugal

  • CTT Standard: 2–5 business days

  • CTT Expresso: 1–2 business days

European Union

  • CTT International: 3–7 business days

  • InPost / Mondial Relay: 3–7 business days (depending on country and pickup method)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or local delays.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Weight and size of the order

  • Selected shipping method

You will always see the final shipping price before completing your purchase.

UK Orders: VAT and customs fees may be charged upon delivery. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable import charges.


6. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Tracking becomes active once the carrier scans the parcel. If you select CTT Normal your order wont have a tracking number. 


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to:

  • CTT, or

  • InPost / Mondial Relay

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, I will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier. However, GemSlabs™ is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
