The singles did come in toploaders, and with a black mate sleeve. Of the 12 I ordered, I got a single illustration rare, 4 basic ex cards, 2 full arts, and the remaining were VMax. None of the cards I got were popular chases. Most of them were in JP and the 2 full arts were in CN. They did come in good quality though.
Hits were very nice, just wish they were in top loaders
